NOELLA, an elementary-school version of STAMP, will be the first affordable, universally accessible proficiency assessment for early language learners. NOELLA evaluates reading, writing, speaking, and listening proficiency for students learning Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish in grades three through six. Teachers may participate in the NOELLA pilots and try the assessment free of charge.
