National Online Early Language Learning Assessment (NOELLA)
NOELLA, an elementary-school version of STAMP, will be the first affordable, universally accessible proficiency assessment for early language learners. NOELLA evaluates reading, writing, speaking, and listening proficiency for students learning Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, and Spanish in grades three through six. Teachers may participate in the NOELLA pilots and try the assessment free of charge. The Language Flagship and Foreign Language Assistance Program (FLAP) Grants through the Wyoming Department of Education and the Eugene 4J School District sponsor NOELLA development. |
