The China Trip Committee proposes the following formula as a framework for using the existing China Trip Fund, and for allocating future Gala income, starting with the 2006 Gala:

** Staring with the 2008 Gala. This lump sum from the 2006 and 2007 Galas will go to the current 6-8th grade blend class. All unused travel funds from an individual class revert to the Reserve Fund.

| February 7, 2006 | Shu Ren General Meeting, 6:00 p.m., Woodstock School cafeteria PPS Immersion Coordinator Michael Bacon will update parents on the K-16 Flagship Grant and plans for a China trip / Research Residency. Opportunity to discuss the Shu Ren financial proposal. |
