Roadmap Benchmarks and Timeline

A group of over eighty leaders from business, government, and education convened by the University of Oregon’s Center for Applied Second Language Studies (CASLS) developed the Oregon Roadmap to Language Excellence, with support from the federal government through The Language Flagship, a program of the National Security Education Program.
